S&P affirms Dave & Buster's

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed Dave & Buster's Inc.'s B- corporate credit rating.

The ratings also were removed from CreditWatch, where they were placed with positive implications in September.

The outlook is positive.

The ratings reflect expectations that credit measures over the next 12 months will improve, but remain consistent with a highly leveraged financial risk profile, S&P said.
