Perella Weinberg reports owning 5.89 million shares of Air Transport

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 6 - Perella Weinberg Partners Xerion Master Fund Ltd. bought 894,600 shares of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. between July 25 and Aug. 4, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The shares were priced from $0.86 and $1.00 each.

Perella beneficially owns 5,894,600, or 9.32%, of the Wilmington, Ohio, air cargo transportation company.
