Mobilicity CCAA stay extended to review options, negotiate transaction

Pittsburgh, May 1 – Data & Audio-Visual Enterprises Holdings Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, Mobilicity) obtained an extension of the stay period under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act to Aug. 31, according to a news release.

“As the wireless spectrum landscape evolves, the stay extension period provides Mobilicity with a stable environment in which to evaluate available options and negotiate a value maximizing transaction,” chief restructuring officer Bill Aziz said in the release.

Mobilicity is a Canadian mobile carrier. Its CCCA case number is CV-13-10274-00CL.
