Chicago, Feb. 15 – Danske Bank A/S sold €750 million of 1.375% five-year green non-preferred senior notes at 99.919 to yield 1.396% (Baa2/BBB+/A), according to information from a market source.
The coupon will reset to a fixed rate to the one-year mid-swap rate plus the margin if the call option is not exercised at the four-year point on Feb. 17, 2026.
The notes priced with a spread of 85 basis points over mid-swaps, lower than initial price talk in the 100 bps area.
Joint bookrunners for the notes are BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, Danske Bank (billing and delivery), ING and UniCredit.
Listing will be on Euronext Dublin for the Regulation S notes.
Danske Bank is a Copenhagen-based bank.
