Offer sells 3.15 million restricted common shares at $0.10 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., March 7 - Dakota Territory Resource Corp. completed a $315,000 private placement of stock on March 6, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 3.15 million restricted common shares at $0.10 per share, which is a 60% discount to the March 5 closing share price of $0.25.
Proceeds will be used for property acquisitions and general working capital.
The gold miner is based in Reno, Nev.
