New York, Feb. 15 - DaimlerChrysler Mexico Holding SA de CV sold a total of Ps. 750 million of certificados bursatiles (/mxA1+/F1+(mex)) in three tranches on Wednesday.
The issuer sold Ps. 500 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles at 99.405778 to yield 7.69%. Bids ranged from 7.64% to 7.70%.
The second tranche included Ps. 200 million of 91-day certificados bursatiles, which priced at 98.076361 to yield 7.76%. Bid ranged from 7.70% to 7.82%.
The third tranche is comprised of Ps. 50 million of 182-day certificados bursatiles, which priced at 96.167889 to yield 7.88%. Bids ranged from 7.85% to 7.95%.
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for all three transactions.
The 28-day certificates are issue number 016 in DaimlerChrysler's current certificados bursatiles program. The 91-day certificates are issue number 017 and the 182-day certificates are issue number 018.
The issuer, based in Mexico City, is the financial arm for DaimlerChrysler.
