New York, Dec. 20 - DaimlerChrysler Mexico Holding SA de CV sold a total of Ps. 500 million of certificados bursatiles (/mxA1+/F1+(mex)) in two tranches on Wednesday.
The issuer sold Ps. 440 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles, which priced at 99.44778 to yield 7.14%. The minimum and maximum bids were 7.14%.
The second tranche is comprised of Ps. 60 million of 56-day certificados bursatiles, which priced at 98.856667 to yield 7.44%. Bids ranged from 7.40% to 7.45%.
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for both transactions.
The 28-day certificates are issue number 120 in DaimlerChrysler's current certificados bursatiles program. The 56-day certificates are issue number 121.
The issuer, based in Mexico City, is a financial unit of DaimlerChrysler.
