New Issue: DaimlerChrysler Mexico sells Ps. 227 million certificados bursatiles in two tranches

New York, Dec. 6 - DaimlerChrysler Mexico Holding SA de CV sold a total of Ps. 227 million of certificados bursatiles (/mxA1+/F1+(mex)) in two tranches on Wednesday.

The issuer sold Ps. 182 million of 42-day certificados bursatiles, which priced at 99.169333 to yield 7.18%. Bids ranged from 7.15% to 7.20%.

The second tranche is comprised of Ps. 45 million of 357-day certificados bursatiles, which priced at 92.780667 to yield 7.86%. Minimum and maximum bids were 7.85%.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for both transactions.

The 42-day certificates are issue number 114 in DaimlerChrysler's current certificados bursatiles program. The 357-day certificates are issue number 115.

The issuer, based in Mexico City, is a financial unit of DaimlerChrysler.
