New York, Sept. 21 - DaimlerChrysler Mexico Holding SA de CV said it sold a total of Ps. 432 million of short-term certificados bursatiles in three tranches on Wednesday.
The issuer sold Ps. 322 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/F1+) to yield 9.29% via an auction on Wednesday.
Bids ranged from 9.55% to 9.24%
It also sold Ps. 80 million of 91-day certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/F1+) to yield 9.17%.
Bids ranged from 9.13% to 9.28%
And the third tranche was Ps. 30 million of 357-day certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/F1+) priced to yield 9.29%.
Bids ranged from 8.99% to 9.15%
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for all three transactions.
The settlement date is Sept. 22. The 28-day certificates are issue number 77-2005 in DaimlerChryler's certificados bursatiles program, the 91-day certificates are issue 78-2005 and the 357-day certificates are issue 79-2005.
The issuer, based in Mexico City, is the financial arm for DaimlerChrysler.
