New York, Nov. 9 - DaimlerChrysler Mexico Holding SA de CV said it sold a total of Ps. 525 million of certificados bursatiles in two tranches on Wednesday.
The issuer sold Ps. 450 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/F1+(mex)) to yield 9%. Bids ranged from 9.03% to 8.90%.
The second tranche is made up of Ps. 75 million of 91-day certficados bursatiles (/mzA-1+/F1+(mex)), which priced to yield 9.12%. Bids ranged from 9.12% to 9.14%.
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for both transactions.
The settlement date is Thursday. The 28-day certificates are issue number 95-2005 in DaimlerChryler's current certificados bursatiles program. The 91-day certificates are issue 96-2005.
The issuer, based in Mexico City, is the financial arm for DaimlerChrysler.
