New York, Oct. 19 - DaimlerChrysler Mexico Holding SA de CV said it sold a total of Ps. 359.795 million of certificados bursatiles in two tranches Wednesday.
The issuer sold Ps. 312 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/F1+(mex)) to yield 9.15%. Bids ranged from 9.10% to 9.17%.
The second tranche is made up of Ps. 47.795 million of 91-day certficados bursatiles (/mzA-1+/F1+(mex)), which priced to yield 9.23%. Bids ranged from 9.21% to 9.29%. The original amount offered was Ps. 55 million.
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for both transactions.
The settlement date is Thursday. The 28-day certificates are issue number 88-2005 in DaimlerChrysler's certificados bursatiles program. The 91-day certificates are issue 89-2005.
The issuer, based in Mexico City, is the financial arm for DaimlerChrysler.
