DaimlerChrysler Mexico plans to sell Ps. 700 million certificados bursatiles in two tranches

New York, Sept. 26 - DaimlerChrysler Mexico Holding SA de CV plans to sell a total of Ps. 700 million of certificados bursatiles (/mxA1+/F1+(mex)) in two tranches on Wednesday.
The issuer plans to issue Ps. 600 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date is Oct. 26, 2006.
The second tranche is comprised of Ps. 100 million of 182-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date is March 29, 2007.
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV is the auction agent for both transactions.
The settlement date is Thursday. The 28-day certificates are issue number 086 in DaimlerChrysler's current certificados bursatiles program. The 182-day certificates are issue number 087.
The issuer, based in Mexico City, is a financial unit of DaimlerChrysler.
