New York, March 5 – Daimler AG priced €1 billion of 0.75% senior green notes due 2033 at 99.26 to yield 0.815% or a spread over mid-swaps of 70 basis points, according to a market source.
Pricing was tight to guidance of 70 bps to 75 bps over mid-swaps from initial talk for 95 bps area over mid-swaps.
The order book for the Regulation S deal was in excess of €2.8 billion at the time guidance was released. BBVA, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank and Santander were the bookrunners.
The multinational automotive company is based in Germany.
