New Issue: DA Group plans £3.5 million private placement of stock

Atlanta, April 26 - DA Group plc said it will raise £3,500,200 in a private placement of stock.
The offering includes 6,364,000 shares at 55p each to be sold to institutional investors.
Daniel Stewart & Co. plc is the placement agent in the deal.
Based in Glasgow, Scotland, DA Group produces animation for Web-based marketing applications. It plans to use the proceeds for sales, marketing, product development and working capital.
