Air Lease talks $300 million 31/4-year notes with 4 5/8% area yield

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 21 - Air Lease Corp. is planning a $300 million 31/4-year unrated senior notes offering with a yield in the 4 5/8% area, according to a market source.

Books close at 1:30 p.m. ET.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BMO Capital Markets Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., RBC Capital Markets LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are joint bookrunners.

Credit Agricole CIB, Mizuho Securities USA LLC and RBS Securities Inc. are the co-managers for the Rule 144A and Regulation S with registration rights deal.

The notes are non-callable, and proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Air Lease is a Los Angeles-based aircraft leasing company.
