S&P rates Dacom notes BB-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its BB- long-term corporate credit rating to Korea's Dacom Corp. The outlook on the long-term rating is stable.

Dacom's proposed five-year global notes of up to $300 million were also rated BB-.

"The rating on Dacom reflects the telecom's stable but relatively weak profitability and cash flow, supported by complete access to the extensive network of its subsidiary Powercomm," said S&P credit analyst Eun Jin Kim.
