New Issue: Czech Republic auctions CZK 6.01 billion bonds due 2024 to yield 5.853%

New York, May 20 - The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic sold CZK 6,009,010,000 of its 5.7% bonds due May 25, 2024 to yield 5.853% at its auction on Wednesday.
The bonds were sold at the cut-off price of 98.5, while the maximum bid price was 101.2 and the average price was 99.04.
Competitive bids were tendered for CZK 8,311,010,000 and accepted for CZK 5,346,010,000.
Non-competitive bids were tendered and accepted for CZK 663 million.
