New York, March 29 - Cytori Therapeutics, Inc. plans to conclude a $6 million private placement of shares.
The company secured agreements from Green Hospital Supply, Inc., one of its medical equipment suppliers in Japan, to purchase 1 million shares at $6.00 apiece.
The offering is slated to close April 12.
San Diego-based Cytori develops cell-based regenerative therapies.
