Black Sea Trading owns 5.01% of 4C Controls

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 12 - Black Sea Trading, Inc. reported a 5.01% ownership interest in 4C Controls Inc. following a series of buy and sell transactions between June 27 and Aug. 19.

The investor beneficially owns 2,131,770 shares of the New York security solutions company, according to a schedule 13D/A-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
