New Issue: Air France prices €400 million six-year notes at par to yield 3¾%

Portland, Ore., Oct. 5 – Air France-KLM announced in a press release that it placed €400 million of 3¾% six-year bonds at par on Wednesday.
HSBC Bank plc and SG CIB were global coordinators and joint lead managers. Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Commerzbank, Credit Industriel et Commercial SA and Goldman Sachs International were also joint lead managers.
The Tremblay-en-France, France-based airline holding company plans to use the proceeds to lengthen its debt profile.
