Air France-KLM to redeem €403.3 million in outstanding 2015 notes

New York, Sept. 1 – Air France-KLM intends to proceed with the redemption of all outstanding perpetual subordinated notes issued in 2015 (ISIN: FR0012650281), representing a total nominal amount of €403.3 million, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed on Oct. 1 at par, €100,000 per note, plus interest.

The early redemption is implemented as part of Air France-KLM’s policy to reduce its financial costs.

Air France-KLM also intends to implement measures to strengthen its equity and quasi-equity by May 2021, subject to market conditions.

BNP Paribas Securities Services is the services provider.

The airline is based in Roissy, France.
