Aircastle to price senior notes due 2026 via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., June 10 – Aircastle Ltd. plans to offer dollar-denominated senior notes due 2026, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will have make-whole call and then a par call.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Credit Agricole CIB and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include debt refinancing.
Based in Stamford, Conn., Aircastle acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines.
