Aircastle intends to price $500 million of senior notes due 2023

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 20 – Aircastle Ltd. plans to offer $500 million of senior notes (expected Baa3/BBB-/BBB-) due 2023, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will have a make-whole call until one month prior to maturity and then a par call.

Goldman Sachs & Co., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., MUFG and RBC Capital Markets Corp. are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of aircraft or debt refinancing.

Based in Stamford, Conn., Aircastle acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines.
