Aircastle pricing $400 million seven-year senior notes Tuesday

Columbus Ohio, Ohio, Nov. 27 - Aircastle Ltd. expects to sell a $400 million issue of non-callable seven-year senior notes (existing ratings Ba3/BB+) on Tuesday, a market source said.

An investor call was held at 11 a.m. ET.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. and RBC Capital Markets LLC are the joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S with registration rights deal.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the purchase of aviation assets.

The Stamford, Conn.-based company leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to passenger and cargo airlines.
