New Issue: Barclays prices $2.68 million airbag autocallable yield notes on CSX

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 1 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.68 million of 7.15% airbag autocallable yield notes due Feb. 3, 2022 linked to the shares of CSX Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable monthly.

The notes will be called automatically at par if the shares close at or above the initial share price on any quarterly observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the final share price is less than the conversion price, 86% of the initial share price, in which case the payout will be a number of shares equal to $1,000 divided by the conversion price.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. are the agents.
