Aimia will redeem its C$200 million 6.95% notes due 2017 on Dec. 9

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 8 – Aimia Inc. called all of its outstanding C$200 million of 6.95% senior secured notes, series 3, due Jan. 26, 2017, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed Dec. 9 at a price equal to the greater of the Canada Yield Price and the principal amount of the notes, plus accrued interest to, but excluding the redemption date.

The redemption price will be calculated by the corporation and notified to the trustee on the business day preceding the redemption date.

Montreal-based Aimia operates loyalty service management programs, including Aeroplan Canada.
