New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $2.55 million 10.2% callable yield notes tied to S&P 500, Russell

New York, Nov. 22 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch priced $2.55 million of 10.2% callable yield notes due Nov. 28, 2012 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The notes are callable at par on any interest payment date beginning on Feb. 28, 2012.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index falls by 30% or more of the initial level during the life of the notes, in which case investors will receive par plus the return of the worst-performing index, up to a maximum payout of par.
