Credit Suisse adjusts caps for two VelocityShares Natural Gas ETNs

Los Angeles, May 1 – Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch updated the offering amounts for two exchange-traded notes linked to the S&P GSCI Natural Gas Index Excess Return, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amount of VelocityShares 3x Long Natural Gas ETNs due Feb. 9, 2032 (NYSE Arca: UGAZ, Cusip: 22539T183) was increased to $19,234,906,250,000, or 30,958,500 notes with a par amount of $625,000 each, from $6,733,437,500,000. As of April 13, there were 12,814,310 ETNs, or $8,008,943,750,000 principal amount, issued and outstanding.

The maximum amount of VelocityShares 3x Inverse Natural Gas ETNs due Feb. 9, 2032 (NYSE Arca: DGAZ, Cusip: 22542D282) was increased to $22,264,000,000, or 4,452,800 notes with a par amount of $5,000 each, from $15,989,000,000. As of April 13, there were 894,418 ETNs, or $4,472,090,000 principal amount, issued and outstanding.
