New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $1.5 million contingent coupon autocallable yield notes on index, ETFs

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 14 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.5 million of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due Feb. 6, 2025 linked to the lowest performing of the Utilities Select Sector SPDR fund, theEuro Stoxx Banks index and the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a quarterly coupon at an annualized rate of 7.3% if each asset closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on a quarterly observation date.

The notes will be called automatically at par plus the coupon if each asset closes at or above 90% of its initial level on any quarterly observation date after one year.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any asset finishes below its 60% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the least-performing asset.
