Credit Suisse plans to price digital buffered notes linked to the Russell

Olympia, Wash., May 8 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital buffered notes due Dec. 1, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is at least 80% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 15% to 20%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 20%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 28.

The Cusip number is 22552FDD1.
