Credit Suisse intends to price CS notes due 2024 linked to the Dow

Olympia, Wash., April 4 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% CS notes due May 3, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the return of the index, capped at par plus 43% to 48%.

If the final level is less than the initial level but greater than the threshold level, 95% of the initial level, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from its initial level.

If the final level is equal to or less than the threshold level, investors will receive $950 for each $1,000 principal amount

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on April 30.

The Cusip number is 22552FA44.
