Credit Suisse plans to price buffered notes tied to Bank of America

Olympia, Wash., March 13 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% buffered notes due April 1, 2020 linked to the common stock of Bank of America Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the stock closes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.6%.

If the stock declines by more than 15%, investors will receive a number of shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial share price or, at the issuer’s option, the cash equivalent.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are placement agents.

The Cusip number is 22549JG61.

The notes will price on March 15.
