Credit Suisse plans buffered PLUS due 2021 tied to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Feb. 8 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 3, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum payment of $12.43 per PLUS.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 28.

The Cusip number is 22549Y586.
