New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $23.12 million Capped Leveraged Index Return Notes on EM index

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 26 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $23.12 million of 0% Capped Leveraged Index Return Notes due Dec. 18, 2020 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any index gain, up to a maximum return of 27.44%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
