Credit Suisse plans leveraged buffered notes linked to iShares EM

New York, April 19 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature between 19 and 22 months after pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any positive ETF return, capped at between $1,254.70 and $1,299.55 for each $1,000 face amount. The exact cap and maturity date will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
