New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $3.22 million callable yield notes tied to PHLX, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 4 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $3.22 million of 9.5% callable yield notes due June 28, 2019 linked to the PHLX Semiconductor Sector index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its initial level and either index closes below its knock-in level, 65% of its initial level, any day during the life of the notes, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least-performing index.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date after six months.
