New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $7.01 million leveraged buffered notes on MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., April 17 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $7.01 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due June 6, 2019 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times the gain, subject to a maximum payment of $1,249.60 per $1,000 principal amount. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline in the index beyond 15%.
