New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $727,000 digital plus barrier notes linked to S&P 500, Russell 2000

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 7 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $727,000 of 0% digital plus barrier notes due Sept. 30, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of the lesser-performing index is greater than or equal to its knock-in level, 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the lesser-performing index’s return and 32.5%.

If the final level of the lesser-performing index is less than its knock-in level, investors will be exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing index from its initial level.
