Credit Suisse plans accelerated barrier notes on S&P 500, Russell 2000

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 8 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% accelerated barrier notes due Oct. 5, 2020, linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If either index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 170% to 175% of the gain.

If either index falls but finishes at or above the 70% knock-in level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the lesser performing index.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 30 and settle on Oct. 5.

The Cusip number is 22548QFY6.
