Credit Suisse plans four-year digital buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Knoxville, Tenn., April 1 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital buffered notes due May 4, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment percentage, which is expected to be 30% to 35% and will be set at pricing. If the index falls by up to 30%, investors will receive par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 30%.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 22548Q2M6) are expected to price April 29 and settle May 4.
