Credit Suisse plans one-year return enhanced notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Feb. 9 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due March 1, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 18.93%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the agents.

The notes will price on Feb. 12 and settle on Feb. 18.

The Cusip number is 22546VWS1.
