Credit Suisse to price leveraged notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Nov. 20 - Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% leveraged index-linked notes tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature between 24 and 27 months after pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $1,270 to $1,300 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price in November.

The Cusip number is 22547QDP8.
