New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.66 million buffered accelerated return notes on Stoxx, EAFE ETF

Chicago, Aug. 16 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.66 million of 0% buffered accelerated return equity securities due Dec. 26, 2025 linked to the lowest performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each underlier closes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.83 times the return of the lesser performing underlier.

Investors will receive par if either underlier falls by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing asset declines beyond 10%.
