New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $5.38 million digital buffered notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Aug. 16 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $5.38 million 0% digital buffered notes due Dec. 8, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above 87.5% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 15.3%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond the 12.5% buffer.
