New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $7.77 million digital buffered notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., March 18 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $7.77 million 0% digital buffered notes due Feb. 22, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 18.05%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
