New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.88 million buffered notes due 2022 linked to S&P

Chicago, Jan. 25 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.88 million of 0% buffered notes due Jan. 31, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 5.15% if the index gains.

If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus 5.15%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.17647% for each 1% decline of the index beyond 15%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the placement agents.
