New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $10.54 million digital buffered notes on Euro Stoxx

Los Angeles, May 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $10.54 million of 0% digital buffered notes due Nov. 12, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 15.79%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
