Credit Suisse plans return enhanced notes linked to Russell 2000

Madison, Wis., May 6 – Credit Suisse AG plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due May 25, 2016 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any gain in the index, up to a maximum gain of 18.5%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the placement agents.

The notes will price on May 8 and settle on May 13.

The Cusip number is 22546VDE3.
