Credit Suisse to price digital buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., March 27 – Credit Suisse AG plans to price 0% digital buffered notes due Oct. 31, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment percentage, which is expected to be 20% to 23% and will be set at pricing. If the final index level is less than the initial index level by not more than 15%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price April 28 and settle April 30.

The Cusip number is 22546VAM8.
