New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $2.26 million upside participation market-linked notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., March 7 – Credit Suisse AG priced $2.26 million of 0% market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation and contingent downside due March 3, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 122.5% of any index gain.

If the index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index from initial level.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the agent.
